You can get the diaphram on its own online, its also a good time to check all rubber hoses. There is also a check valve on the turbo inlet, this is the high pressure (when your on boost) side of the system.

I had the same issue on mine a few years back, āESP system faultā appeared on the dash and no boost, it had split a weld on the intercooler.
The rear passenger side footwell is somewhat wet and now smelly. I can't identify where its coming from though, it seems to be predominant after driving in the wet (not consciously noticed it when its rained hard and the car has been idle) as the carpet looks like its been rained on. Its not at the sides but more in the centre of the carpet too.

29 posts Ā· Joined 2008. #11 Ā· Apr 4, 2009. Not sure if my current "problem" is what's discussed here. About a month ago I started notcing small patches of oil on the drive roughly where I normally park the ST. At first I thought it was a visitors car, but it happened 3 times so I ruled that out.

If the source is unclear, you need to remove all of the existing oil residue so you start with a dry engine. It should be fairly obvious after that.
The 2000 rpm vibration is a distinct vibration. When acceleration, itās more of a hesitation side to side shaking that is only there under load. If I cruise at 2000 there is no vibration. ā¢if I put the car in 1st gear and accelerate. It vibrates. If I keep going faster (4000-5000 rpm, thereās no shaking.

I have had fitted genuine ford reconditioned driveshafts and this has resolved the issue. Many thanks to you all.
Just had the exact issue on my 2014 MK3 ST common issues where the washer pump connector/pump leaks and causes washer fluid to travel the engine bay wiring harness and straight in to the BCM. New BCM direct from ford was Ā£230 and then unfortunately I couldnāt program this myself due to not having dealership level access to program both key
The cat efficiency code isn't being caused by the upstream sensor, but the downstream. The fact you've got a CVF catted DP is what's causing the rear O2 sensor to throw the code. Get a straight defouler and install it with the medium orifice, then thread the rear O2 sensor into it. That'll stop the P0420 code.
