And all other new Games since 5 or 6 Years have XBOX 360 Gamepad Support too.So in my Eyes the Devs here are really incompetent. ;) Default 360 controls in Project Cars are garbage too. Actually, I think they are worse in Project Cars at default than in Assetto Corsa by default.
Ifyou have this issue, here is another way to select a controller preset: close Content Manager if you have it open go to C:\Users\username\Documents\Assetto Corsa\cfg\extension in file explorer . open Notepad or Notepad++ or whatever program you have that can read .ini files . at the end of the line
thesolution I found was to delete the save, because after I changed the "GAMA", the wheel went crazy and pulling to the sides. deleting the save of the game, this effect disappeared. theonline game mode does not work. Justbought a new Xbox One controller for my PC and it works quite well with Assetto Corsa. Using the controller config I used with my old Logitech F310 controller, it runs very well, and seems to be more precise in handling (especially considering it has rumble function, which is really helpful with racing games).
