I have a c 400 gt with 3000 km on it. Bought in June 2019. in february 2020 i had the latest software installed with new clutch springs fitted by BMW, as my scooter occasionally stalled. Unfortunately I have to report that the other day going slowly in traffic my 400 gt stalled, and i was forced to quickly move over.

I dumped my 400 GT after the stalling issues and wiped my hands of it. Got a call yesterday from the new owner who tracked me down from the title as previous owner. BMW told the 2nd owner I abused the bike and warranty was voided by me and now that's passed on to him. BMW are disgusting. This bike has 10 months of factory warranty left.
